Metsi Group Ltd acquires IT infrastructure services company Virtigon.

The acquisition of Virtigon will see Metsi expand its infrastructure migration and professional services capability. 

London, United Kingdom Metsi Group Ltd has entered into an agreement to acquire Virtigon,  a UK-based IT infrastructure services provider specialising in digital transformation, workload migrations, professional services and service operations around the infrastructure space. They specialise in the seamless marriage of private and public clouds to offer true multi-cloud solutions to their customers.

Through this acquisition, Metsi will broaden its infrastructure services portfolio. Virtigon has a successful global track record of infrastructure project delivery, with expertise in data centre migration, automation and orchestration, infrastructure hyper-convergence and software-defined infrastructure. 

Founded in 2017, the UK-based Virtigon has formed strategic partnerships with leading infrastructure technology vendors including VMware and Nutanix and excelled in project execution. Virtigon was named 2020 Nutanix Global Services Partner of the Year and 2019 Nutanix EMEA Services Partner of the Year, awards given to organisations that demonstrate excellence in delivering strategic innovation by bringing together multiple technologies and services.
